                Economic press brake

                The GHB series is an economical line of user-friendly press brakes, with structural stability, high profitability and bending precision. It is suitable for those customers that do not need high bending tolerances.


                Main Configuragtion

                1.The large screen, wide field of vision, and comfortable user experience enhance the full-image editing interface.

                2.Automatic optimization of bending steps, pre-compensation database of sheet types (optional function).

                Hydraulic system

                HAWE Hydraulics: The press brake hydraulic control system consists of a SAKB pressure control block and two independent filling valves to ensure the precise and efficient operation of the CNC press brake. All valves (except the filling valve) are integrated into a single control unit. The bending force flow is controlled by proportional technology. In this way, the operating speed (fast down, work and return) and the required pressure can be controlled. 
                1. Suitable for models with bending forces up to 2,000kN.
                2。 The PIH and PSH valves are powered simultaneously by solenoid coils at both ends of the solenoid valve, providing very fast and precise control. 
                3. Other options such as hydraulic clamping module or proportional hydraulic deflection compensation can be connected to the hydraulic system module interface. The system complies with valid accident prevention regulations and is certified with a Type Examination Certificate No. 13028.


                Servo motor

                The servo motor has excellent acceleration performance, which is ideal for high-speed and precision press brakes.

                Backgauge system

                The back gauge system is an important part of the press brake which guarantees the dimensional accuracy of the bending products. Each back gauge finger used by G-Press are patented and designed to avoid collision.

                Based on specific customer’s working condition, there are different type of back gauge fingers available: standard, special-shape, pneumatic telescopic finger etc.

                With Ty-adjustment function. Allows to adjust in Y direction every 200 mm which makes thus compensating the unavoidable tolerances mistake which accumulate during bending process. it possible to fully compensate for unavoidable -cumulative -processing tolerances in the press brake.  I need a little clarification to make sure my translation is correct.


                LED bar

                The LED bar is installed on the upper beam of the bending machine (above the upper mold fixture), and the system is used in conjunction with the backgauge finger of the bending machine, and the LED light of the area is displayed in real time following the length of the middle distance between the backgauge finger Z1 and Z2, so that the operator can clearly and effectively grasp the real-time position of the backgauge finger and the required bending length.

                DSP AP+MCS


                The safety device DSP LASER AP is a visible laser emission barrier which, realized and placed as described in Standard EN12622, protects the operator of the press brake against the danger to be squashed between the upper tool and the lower tool during the closing of the press in high speed. The device is constituted by a transmitter TX, which generates the laser emission, and by a receiver RX, which receives it and transmits the processing of the received signals to MCS module.

                Features:
                Bending follower have the main function 
                to support the sheet plate during bending phase and are synchronized with top beam;useful to the operator for joblots of large workpiece.

                Special feature:
                The single unit sheet follower is equipped with wheels which allows the possibility to be used on different press brakes which however need to be interfaced in advance. It can be sold separately and realize a multi-platform sharing mode with moving.
